FRANK WATKINS

Designer/Sales; Installer

Frank Watkins has been around cabinetry since before he could walk. Following his dad around the workshop learning all the ins and outs of the business. Frank is the magic that puts the finished cabinets in your house. He makes sure that everything is working and looking great! Frank likes to camp during his "down" time.

JOAN WATKINS

Designer/Sales

Joan takes pride in the family dynamics of our business. She is the glue that holds us all together. Joan loves to quilt in her "spare" time.

GERRI WATKINS

Accounting

Gerri also grew up around the Cabinet business. She takes care of our accounting. Gerri makes jewelry in her time off, and going to craft shows with her dog Milli.

KEN WATKINS

Design/Sales

Ken Watkins has been in the cabinet business since 1976. Ken is a Certified Kitchen Designer (CKD) as designated by the National Kitchen & Bath Association. He and his wife Kathy enjoy spending time with their cats Flower and Hunter.

THERESA THOMPSON

Marketing & Web Design

Theresa joined the team in 2023 and represents the fourth generation of Watkins Cabinet Company. She manages the social media, marketing material, and web design for the family business from her home in Virginia. Theresa is an avid equestrian and spends many weekends of the year judging, officiating, and competing in the sports of eventing and dressage.
