  • The office is open Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm.

• How do I get an estimate?

  • Call and make an appointment for Mandie, Ken or Frank to visit your home, measure and design your kitchen.

  • We can usually estimate vanities and bookcases from your plans or measurements. Call to make an appointment to discuss your plans. We will be happy to work with your designer as well.

• How much does a new kitchen cost?

  • That can vary widely depending on the size of your kitchen and the types of cabinets you select. We will gladly give you an estimate after we visit your home.
     

• What are your cabinets made of? ​

  • Our cabinets are made of premium hardwoods and plywoods.
     

• Do you use MDF in your cabinets?

  • ​We use MDF/HDF only when appropriate for painted cabinets because it gives a smoother finish.

  • ​Painted sides have a plywood core with MDF veneer.​

  • Doors can be a solid wood frame with MDF or a solid wood panel based on customer preference.
     

• Where are the cabinets built?

  • Cabinets are built here in our shop in Dickerson, Maryland.
    ​

• Do you have more than one price point or product line?

  • Yes, we have three main price points for our cabinets which allows us to meet customers within their budget.​
     

• What finishing options are available?

  • We offer a large selection of stain and color options.​
     

• I've fallen in love with a color I saw on Pinterest, can I get my cabinets in that color?

  • Absolutely, we can color match just about any paint color!​
     

• What about hardware?

  • We're happy to help you choose hardware. ​
     

• Are soft-close hinges an upgrade? 

  • Nope! We include Blum soft-close hinges and drawer slides as part of our standard designs.​
     

• I love inset cabinet doors and drawers, can you make those?

  • We can! Inset cabinet doors and drawers give the impression of taking up less visual space and have been popular overseas for many years, recently a trend towards 'English Country' kitchens have prompted an increase in popularity in the US as well. ​Inset doors and drawers can be frameless or framed. 
     

• What organizing options are available?

  • We handcraft many drawer organizers/dividers from wood to match your cabinets, we can also help you utilize options available from Rev-A-Shelf as well  - check them out here: https://rev-a-shelf.com/​
     

• What about a warranty? 

  • Cabinets and drawer accessories are covered with a 2 year warranty but we will service beyond 2 years. ​
